Check-in and check-out times

Check-ins and check-outs can be prearranged during the following times:

Monday through Friday: 8-9 am and 3-6 pm

Saturday: 8-9 am

Sunday:  8-9 am. We can sometimes make an appointment for a Sunday evening departure between 4 pm and 6 pm — ask about this when you make your reservation.

When we’re not expecting any arrivals or departures, we often adjust our schedule without notice to fit in errands such as picking up cat litter or going to the bank. If you arrive unexpectedly, we may not be in the building! Please call us if you need to change your arrival or departure time.

Holidays

We don’t allow check-ins or check-outs on Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day (though we do of course board cats over the holidays). On long holiday weekends, such as Memorial Day or Labor Day weekend, the office is closed on Sunday and open by appointment on Monday.
